Just some of his various tumultuous moments of 2017 have included Open race victory at Walderstown, Supersport wins at Faugheen and Armoy, plus finishing amongst the leading newcomers to Billown at the Steam Packet Southern 100.
His sheer consistency at the national meetings ranging from Cookstown to the newly formed East Coast Racing Festival, allied to various victories yielded him a quite momentous hat trick of Irish road race championship crowns in the Super Twins, Supersport and Superbike classes.
This prodigious achievement hasn’t gone unnoticed within the close knit roads fraternity, with the likes of KMR Kawasaki and B&W Racing providing him with top notch machinery for next season.
Additionally set to pilot again his own teams ZX-10R Kawasaki, the ‘Mullingar Missile’ is more than capable of retaining the Irish championship crowns in 2018, plus don’t be surprised to see him spring a surprise or two on his return to the North West 200 and TT Races.
